How long does it take?
Your preview usually lands within 48 hours. Add rush and we aim for 24.
What if I don’t love it?
You see a watermarked preview first. Pause anywhere, leave notes, and we’ll make changes. Every format includes at least one round, and you can add more.
What kind of pets?
Any pet. Dogs and cats mostly, but rabbits, birds, horses, lizards and the occasional very confident goldfish are all welcome.
Can the humans be in it?
Yes. Add household members by name with a photo, as long as everyone named agrees. Children are always drawn as generic, nameless figures.
Will there be swearing?
Only if you want it. Choose “keep it clean” or “swearing is fine” and the lyrics and on-screen words follow your choice. (Our showcase releases are the sweary kind.)
Who owns the song?
It’s made for you to keep and share anywhere: socials, group chats, parties. Want to use it in an ad? Just ask us first.
What happens to my photos?
They’re used only to draw your pet, stored privately, never shown publicly, and deleted 90 days after delivery.
How is it made?
In a small studio using AI music and animation tools, directed and reviewed by a human producer at every step: lyrics, song, likeness and final cut. Every song is written from scratch around your pet. Never a template with the name swapped in.
