The terms.

These terms apply when you order from Paw Bops at pawbops.com. Paw Bops is operated by TODO: legal entity name (ABN TODO: ABN) (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. They’re written to be read, so please do.

1. What you’re buying

A custom song and an animated music video about your pet, made from the questionnaire answers and photos you give us, in the package and formats you choose at checkout. Each video is made to order. Prices are in US dollars and are charged in full when you order, through Stripe.

2. How we make it

We use AI-assisted music and animation tools, directed and reviewed by a human producer at every stage: lyrics, song, likeness and final cut. Every song is written for your pet; we don’t sell templates. Because the work is creative, the result is our interpretation of your pet. It’s a cartoon, not a photograph.

3. What you give us

• You confirm you own the photos you upload, or have permission to use them, and that everything you tell us is yours to share.
• Anyone you name or include must be an adult who has agreed to appear. Children are always drawn as generic, unnamed figures.
• You give us permission to use your photos and answers to make, deliver and revise your video, and for nothing else.
• Please don’t ask for content that is hateful, harassing, sexual, defamatory, or that targets a real person. We can decline any order, and if we do, we’ll refund you in full.

4. Previews and changes

Before anything is final you get a watermarked preview in your order page. You can approve it, or request changes by leaving notes at moments in the video or in general. Your package includes a set number of rounds of changes, and you can buy more. A round of changes means adjusting the song and video we made, such as gags, likeness, timing, words or details. Rebuilding from a substantially different brief (a new pet, a new genre) is a new order.

5. Delivery

We aim to send your first preview within 48 hours of ordering, or 24 hours with rush delivery, and to turn changes around quickly. These are targets, not guarantees. If we’re going to be late we’ll tell you. If we can’t deliver your video at all, you get a full refund. Final files are delivered as downloads from your order page and stay available for 12 months; please keep your own copy.

6. Using your video

Once you’ve paid, you may keep, copy and share your video and song for personal, non-commercial purposes, forever: social media, messaging, parties, gifts. Commercial use (advertising, selling it, using it to promote a business) needs our written permission first. Social platforms sometimes run automated music checks we don’t control. If your video is ever flagged, contact us and we’ll help.

We keep the rights in the song, the artwork and our animation tools. We won’t use your video in our own marketing without asking you first.

7. Refunds and your consumer rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and you may have similar rights under the laws of your country. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If there’s a major failure, you can choose a refund. If it’s not a major failure, we’ll fix it.

• Changed your mind before we’ve started? Email us and we’ll refund you in full.
• Because every video is custom-made, we don’t offer change-of-mind refunds once production has started. Your rounds of changes are there to get it right.
• Add-ons you didn’t get (for example a format we didn’t deliver, or a missed rush deadline) are refunded.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, and except for the guarantees above, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses. This doesn’t apply to anything the law doesn’t let us limit.

9. Your data

See our privacy policy for what we collect, which providers process it, and when we delete it.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you ordered applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of TODO: state, Australia, without taking away any protections you have under the consumer laws of where you live.
