Your data.
Paw Bops is operated by TODO: legal entity name (ABN TODO: ABN). We collect only what we need to make your video, keep it private, and delete it on a schedule. This policy follows the Australian Privacy Principles, and the GDPR and UK GDPR where they apply to you.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name (optional) and email.
- Your order: questionnaire answers about your pet and household, your package and add-ons.
- Photos: of your pets, and of any adults you choose to include (with their agreement).
- Payment records: amount, date and Stripe references. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see them.
- Your feedback: notes you leave on previews.
We don’t use advertising or analytics trackers. The only cookie we set keeps you signed in to your order page.
How we use it
To make, deliver and revise your video, to email you about your order, and to keep the records the law requires. We don’t sell your data, don’t use your photos or video in our marketing without asking you first, and don’t use them to train AI models.
Who processes it
These providers process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:

Some of these are overseas. We choose providers with strong security and contractual privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
- Photos: deleted 90 days after your video is delivered.
- Questionnaire answers, previews and final videos: deleted 12 months after delivery. Download your files before then.
- Unfinished orders (never paid): deleted after 7 days.
- Payment and order records: kept as long as tax law requires (in Australia, 5–7 years), then deleted.
Want something deleted sooner? Just ask. We’ll do it, except records we’re legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@pawbops.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or your local data protection authority.
Security
Photos and videos are stored in private storage, available only through links that expire within hours. Your order page is protected by an emailed sign-in link. No system is perfect; if something ever went wrong that affected you, we’d tell you promptly.
Children
Orders must be placed by adults. Children who appear in a video are always drawn as generic, unnamed figures, and we never take photos of them.
